Combining working offices, green spaces, and now a brand-new apartment building, the project was designed to blend modern living with the quiet charm of Porto’s Largo Alexandre Sá Pinto. At its heart is a beautiful shared garden, a peaceful retreat where guests can relax and recharge.

This spacious and elegant apartment offers a rare sense of openness in the city. Inside, natural light floods the bright living area, while soft tones and tasteful décor create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The layout is ideal for both leisure and work:

The apartment features a room with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a living room with an individual sofa-bed.

There is one full modern bathroom, a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and all the essentials for cooking at home — whether it’s a family dinner or a relaxed breakfast.

RESERVAS DE LONGO PRAZO
Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled.
-> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs.
-> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments.

CHECK-IN
Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system.
In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours:
– After 8:00 PM: €15
– After 10:00 PM: €25
– After 1:00 AM: €50

Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
